Annual Report
A record of faithful stewardship — how the Foundation began, what it accomplished, and where it’s headed.
A Word from Our Founder
” In 2025, this foundation became more than just an idea—it became an act of obedience.
What started as a vision on my heart turned into something real, something surrendered. Every step of establishing the Lapeña Foundation felt like learning to trust God more deeply—not just with my resources, but with my plans, my timelines, and my sense of control. I didn’t want this to be just another structure or obligation; I wanted it to be my giving ministry—fully His.
I saw God’s heart reflected in the way this foundation was born through generosity, not pressure… through faith, not certainty. From the very beginning, it wasn’t about giving out of excess—it was about giving in response to His leading. Whether it was supporting churches planting seeds across nations, helping children receive healing and care, or contributing to sharing the Gospel through media, I felt like I was being invited into what He was already doing.
And honestly, what moves me the most is realizing that God didn’t need me to do any of this—but He allowed me to be part of it.
I’m most grateful for that invitation.
Grateful that He entrusted me with resources to steward.
Grateful that He gave me the courage to say “yes” and take the first step.
Grateful that lives are being impacted in ways I may never fully see this side of heaven.
And grateful that in the process, He’s been shaping my heart—teaching me that true generosity isn’t about the amount, but about surrender.
If anything, 2025 showed me that this foundation is not mine—it’s His.
And my role is simply to be faithful.
That’s what I hold onto moving forward”

Our 2025–2028 Roadmap
Our Strategic Goal is to successfully transition from the initial launch phase to a sustainable ‘Give-Grow-Grant’ stewardship model by faithfully managing existing resources through the Founder’s ‘bunching’ contribution strategy, ensuring consistent kingdom impact through ‘First Fruit’ offerings and mission-aligned site visits
Phase 1: Foundation Establishment & Initial Funding (2025)
- The Board noted the successful completion of the legal establishment, including the Founder’s $7,500 initial deposit and the execution of a cash contribution totaling $39,500 to provide a solid endowment.
Phase 2: Stewardship & Impact Maintenance (2026-2027)
- The strategy moves to a “bunching” model, where the Founder’s new contributions are limited to $1,000 annually.
- Commitment to maintaining “First Fruit” offerings (starting at $16,100) and conducting site visits to supported ministries to deepen meaning and purpose of faithful giving.
- Maintenance of an operational rhythm through coaching packages for leadership accountability.
Phase 3: Replenishment & Long-Term Posturing (2028)
- The Founder will resume significant contributions (max 20% non-cash of AGI) to replenish the Operating Fund.
- Official transition to a Dan Kaminski’s “Give-Grow-Grant” model (or Dave Ramsey’s Give-Save-Spend) financial model, including opening a brokerage account with the Founder’s Fiduciary Financial Advisor and/or funding Carmelle’s Charitable Giving Fund.
